Use of this website

This website is provided by Ideal Web Construct for general information, lead inquiries, teardown requests, and service discussions. Using this site does not create a client relationship, statement of work, or guarantee of results.

Teardown requests

Free teardown feedback is preliminary and based only on the information you provide. It is not a complete audit unless we agree to a separate paid scope. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment data, private customer records, or other sensitive information through the website.

Uploads

If you upload screenshots, reports, PDFs, or logs, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for review. Please redact personal, payment, credential, and confidential data that is not needed to understand the issue.

Messaging terms

By submitting a form with your mobile phone number and actively checking the text-message consent box, you agree that Ideal Web Construct may send automated text messages about your teardown request, appointment scheduling, project follow-up, and important service updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP or emailing hello@idealwebconstruct.com. Customer mobile data and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No professional advice

Information on this website is not legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You are responsible for your own platform rules, advertising policies, privacy obligations, messaging permissions, and regulatory requirements.

Intellectual property

The website content, design, and materials are owned by Ideal Web Construct unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or reuse them in a way that implies endorsement or ownership.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideal Web Construct is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on preliminary teardown feedback.
